If you have any concerns about the roadworthiness condition of a commercial vehicle for e.g. School Bus, Truck, Trailer or indeed any other type of commercial vehicle you can report your concerns in confidence to the RSA in any of the following ways
If you have any questions about your CVR test, you need to contact your test centre. Find the contact details of your preferred test centre
You must submit a complaint in writing to the test centre where the vehicle was tested. The complaint shall state the following:
You should receive a written acknowledgement of the receipt of your complaint from the test centre within three working days of the receipt of the complaint. You should receive a response to your complaint within 14 working days.
